Atlas is an independent finance broker that operates throughout the UK and Ireland. The company is owned by Stephen Coherton who has worked in invoice finance and international banking for over 30 years.

Established in 1998, Atlas’s management has decades of experience in banking, Invoice Discounting, Factoring and Foreign Trade Finance. Our Head Office is located in Yorkshire, England and we have a regional office in West Sussex.

WHY ATLAS?

There are over 80 asset based lenders across the UK and Ireland and the industry is changing rapidly. We have a vast knowledge of the individual players and decision makers – whether they are a major Asset Based Lender or a niche financier, we will introduce you to one or several financiers. From the moment you call us we will support your negotiations until your facility is in place. We will also provide advice when your facility is due for renewal.

Whilst we act as brokers and consultants within the invoice finance industry – many of our clients are importers who have sought our help in arranging Letters of Credit and Post Shipment Finance.

OUR ADVICE IS FREE

Our advice is generally free as we are paid introductory commissions by the financier who we introduce you to.

With agents and clients in Asia, South Africa, South America and the Middle East we are well covered to advise and support overseas clients with their foreign trade finance requirements. We have relationships with financiers, specialist brokers and insurers in London and North America.
